Who are Fox Sports Travel?
Fox Sports Travel are a young and innovative Sports Tour Company. Established in 2022 by long time team mates Ryan Barnett and John Dix, we aim to harness our combined 46 years of experience in sports travel and passenger transport and produce memorable experiences for all of our tourists. We cater for all sports but our personal backgrounds are in rugby. This is where our strapline ‘rugby tours for rugby players by rugby players’ was born, but of course it is applicable to all sports as we believe we know better than anyone what makes a great tour. After all, we have had enough practice!!
What is the booking process?
Once we have built your bespoke tour and you are happy to proceed, we will request a deposit and issue you with out terms of business. There will be staged payments due and a deadline for the final payment. We will communicate all of this clearly with your from the initial enquiry until the final payment has been received and will of course stay in close communication before, during and after your trip. We want the process to be clear and easy to navigate and will do our very best to work with you throughout the booking and payment process.
Which groups do you cater for?
We believe sport is for everyone and to that end we can organise your tour whichever sport you play and whichever age and gender group your team falls into. Mini, junior, boys, girls, senior mens, ladies, veterans or simply plain old social with no active participation! We would love to help you with your next tour whichever of the above your team falls into!
Do we need permission to tour?
This will depend on the sport concerned and the affiliate body with whom you are registered, as well as the destination concerned. We will advise on such requirements on a individual basis based on your circumstances.
Do we need travel insurance?
We would strongly advise all groups to take out travel insurance that covers them for the usual aspects of travel plus participation in their chosen sport.
Do you cater for all sports?
We have organised tours for many, many sports and if we haven’t worked with your sport yet, we are very keen to! Rugby, football cricket, hockey, netball, golf – even yoga – we have a wide network of contacts to make sure your trip is a memorable one.
Do you cover the UK, Europe and further afield?
At Fox Sports Travel we understand that different groups will have very different ideas and budgets in mind when it comes to touring. Similarly, your chosen sport may only be played in certain countries and regions. Whatever your preference, whether it is a football tour in the UK, a rugby tour in South Africa or Cricket in Barbados – we have the contacts and the knowledge to make it happen.
Do you work with schools?
Yes, we have enormous experience of helping schools from across the UK make their touring dreams a reality, be that a UK based tour or flying to the other side of the world and everything in between.

How do we make payment?
All customers will be provided with our bank details once the tour is booked and you will be able to make payments via bank transfer, quoting a unique reference specific to your tour.
